I stumbled upon this article yesterday from Trulia.com, a Web site many sellers and buyers frequent for home advice. It gives great advice for buyers who are looking to make the best offer on a home they have found. Instead of reinventing the wheel on this one, I decided to post the article below. Because... inquiring minds want to know.

Andrea assisted me in purchasing my first home two years ago and it was a wonderful experience.
