Any realtor can come into your home, put a price on it, and list it on MLS. But a good agent will listen to you, understand your situation, and establish a great working relationship. When we sold our home near Southpoint, Andrea was the third real estate agent we interviewed. It was immediately clear that she was different from the others. She had a better grasp on market prices in our area and was genuinely interested in our needs instead of just notching another commission. After every showing, she briefed us on buyer feedback and simple ways we could show the home better. Andrea was patient through a long negotiation process with our first offer. Andrea assisted me in purchasing my first home two years ago and it was a wonderful experience. I was a single, female, first time homeowner and I was a little nervous about purchasing a home and had a lot of questions about the buying process. But, Andrea made it very comfortable and talked me through it every step of the way from writing my first offer to finding an attorney for closing. She was very familiar with Lochside, the neighborhood that I was interested in and even gave me suggestions on good restaurants in the area. Andrea is a very hardworking, patient, and honest realtor who is willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied. The one thing that really surprised me about Andrea is that she didn't disappear after all the paperwork was signed. She still checks in with me to make sure that everything is still going well. When I am ready to buy or sell again I will most definitely go to Andrea first.
