My Friends Rock!!

It's all about the people. It's easy to make it about me in this business or in life. But it's not about me. It's helping others fulfill their dreams of homeownership that makes my biz all worthwhile. (See previous posts about why I like my job).

I would not be where I am today without the amazing support of my friends. (Think acceptance speech here). But really, it's true. I am just sitting here simply amazed as I think back over the years at how many people have referred friends to me, lent a hand in real estate or supported me in every day life. I mean so many people... in fact too many to list here.

So today, I just wanna share with you a few fun pics I took tonight with some of my friends and supporters in my biz. Thanks friends. You rock!!!

Any realtor can come into your home, put a price on it, and list it on MLS. But a good agent will listen to you, understand your situation, and establish a great working relationship. Andrea assisted me in purchasing my first home two years ago and it was a wonderful experience. I was a single, female, first time homeowner and I was a little nervous about purchasing a home and had a lot of questions about the buying process. But, Andrea made it very comfortable and talked me through it every step of the way from writing my first offer to finding an attorney for closing. She was very familiar with Lochside, the neighborhood that I was interested in and even gave me suggestions on good restaurants in the area. Andrea is a very hardworking, patient, and honest realtor who is willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied. The one thing that really surprised me about Andrea is that she didn't disappear after all the paperwork was signed. She still checks in with me to make sure that everything is still going well. When I am ready to buy or sell again I will most definitely go to Andrea first.
