Good things happen!

Congrats to Stephanie Crowder at 3541 Sugar Tree Place on the contract on her home today! She received 3 offers on the home. Sign of a healthy market with low inventory folks.

Andrea assisted me in purchasing my first home two years ago and it was a wonderful experience. But, Andrea made it very comfortable and talked me through it every step of the way from writing my first offer to finding an attorney for closing.
